As far as the end result, gang Xu was increasing his holding under him directly, I don’t think it’s a sign of him off loading.
I liked at the top 20 before and also noticed there are relatives/related personnel’s.
If I have to put this all together, it’s more like he’s buying his mates out and trying to dodge whatever tax/legal fees occurred during the process.
We both trying to read between lines so I can only agree that this management does not exhibit a level of professionalism.
The bottom line is on the business itself
