Bell Potter placed 120,000,000 shares with institutional and sophisticated investors at a price of .05 cents. Bell Potter recieves a fee for undertaking this placement to others. There was no shortfall. Therefore Bell's do not have shares to off load.

Of the 94,848.287 shares traded today it is anybody's guess as to who sold.
