Unless you are an insider, how do you know the company is losing money for 2015 operation ?.

We are operating in the better market conditions in 2015, where fuel cost reduced to half, Management and labour cost reduced, etc ... I bet you we are at break even and being taken over is the worst case scenario ...

Anyhow, good luck for shorting at the bottom.. just make sure you don't lose your undies as well in the process...
