This has been capped for a reason as the right people are in accumulate mode and have been for a while, as stated previously the buying gets hit and simply ups the volume and sellers also are playing the game.
Wouldnt it benice to get a unexpected surge as traders are waiting for the signal of BREAKOUT AND BUY AT ALL COSTS....
