In the past their has been a fair amount of trading in the INP stock leading up to and during production flow testing and prior to the release of those tests - there have been suggestions of inside knowledge (I have no idea whether this is true or not).
I'm not sure that type of activity is going on at the moment. Or it could be that the workover activity is inconclusive to date and will take longer than expected.

I'll be waiting for the September quarterly cash report to get a better idea as to where INP is at and its future prospects. Lets hope they release it early in October with strong cashflow results.
