At this stage , If I was BCP and didn't get to 90% , surely it would be cheaper for them to close the offer as advertised (extensions permitting) and wait the 6 mths and make another offer. Avoiding having to pay the higher offer to the , so far 61% of shares purchased.
Im holing only 2.3 mill shares this time around, but I know of a group of friends that hold between us about 15 million shares, none are selling.
