Fat1 not sure I agree with your thinking clearly more than 0.75% have held out bcp have 61% of which 40% was purchased off other corporates. So bcp have managed to pick up only 20% off small shareholders. Hold tight the lack of a Ann today makes one think the acceptances are slowing down. The easy fruit has been picked are bcp tall enough to go for the remainder. The 75% threshold will only become an issue once they hit 70% of shares and even then I think a while bunch of scaremongering is taking place.
