62, I agree with you in the main although I am not totally sucked in by Dave's rhetoric! There is a lot of potential in NW Palawan and elsewhere in the Sandakan blocks in the Philippines. The key is matching technical and commercial solutions to the reservoir in a way that inspires confidence in possible farminees. Not an easy trick as everyone in this game has his/her own preconceived ideas on how things should be done.
I used to think it was all about matching the technical solution to the reserves and production profile but realise now that it is as much about funding if not more. Probably Nido are better at it than Otto. imo!
