Kendo, Judicial Review is available to all decisions of the Public Servies through the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. Just about every negative refugee decision is, for instance, appealed. Remember the unvaxed Tennis star appealed his deportation this way. Grounds for appeal are that procedure was not followed, not considering relative factors, weighting used,etc.
