I think its an awesome announcement to be honest. The days of vending a project into a company (in the absence of pending exploration +ve results) are all but over. This will be a steady development and agree with mbeard, the SP will only increase as the project develops.
I will be looking forward to the scheme documentation and the transaction progressing. Some of the conditions such as native title clearance are expected to happen in April this year. So we should see some early progress and positive announcements before year out IMO.
