Arent we in discussions with VostGok about implementing the protocol over the 2 deposits in Ukraine & the scheduling of it?

As SP3 has correctly stated, its the new Nuclear Energy agency being formed (in lieu of Ukratomprom which was deregistered)thats proving to be yet another hurdle.

Those of us who keep the patienta here will be rewarded, it amazes me the time & effort people put into kicking Uran, when they should be googling obscure foreign websites ;-)
