It does matter to me - how many ASX listed stocks being run by a BOD that doesnt act in the shareholders best interests ??
How many of us retail investors have to be wiped out before something is done to ensure every listed ASX stock has a BOD that acts in the best interests of its shareholders?? I have been wiped out before while those in the know sold out. Onetel was the first for me. Then there was SGH.
Having a co fail due to external factors is not the same as being played by the BOD.
Everything i post is in the hope these people dont get away with wiping out another round of shareholders with no repercussions for the BOD. If they were legit, then the posters here saying its all a scam would have been contacted by EM1's solcitors to cease and desist. I know that for a fact as it has happened many times before - (HC posters being contacted by lawyers due to their posts on HC)
