How about this argument: A rolling suspension that's gone on for over a month because responses clearly aren't meeting the ASX's expectations or are potentially raising even more questions is never a good thing. Are you going to write that off as a bad argument?

You think EM1 is the only stock whose got numbers and stats pending further data being disseminated to them? Do all of those get suspended for over a month?

Here's another one: We've lowered the expectations touted in this section from the netflix of gaming which is being enabled by a 5G network giving us AAA games streamed to devices to a bunch of crappy browser run HTML games. Now people are saying that it's not a problem as the real incentive is the prizes and not the crap games miggster is providing after a bait and switch that delivered nothing that their promo video's promised.

Is that shifting the goalposts to keep suiting the narrative that this thing deserves rocket emoji's to Mars side by side with Musk acceptable?
