Thats fine tewk but they have already announced that fonda earnings will be distributed to shareholders so presumeably cash from a sale would not be channelled into HyAct but rather paid to s/holders.
Also 200 mill imo is above the money. On 35 mill pa to ACL thats 6 years earnings. Given possible further competition and other factors 150 is more likely. Again imo.
