Debt is debt there is no hiding what debt is. On the other hand if you said assets then I would agree with you.
Be very very careful... the announcement with regards to distribution was already known. They have just undertaken capital raisings remember and paying back is not a hard thing to do. Some of the worst crashes of stocks occurred because investors were caught like this.
Distributions here are highly likely being made from income as noted in prior announcements but when the income dries up... becuase of factors high-lighted in original post above.... then what?
