So basically what your saying is income will dry up. No one will want or need property any longer.
Come on, get real.
Even at 50% reduction to distribution your still on almost 20% yield.
Maybe just maybe next year will be the year of stabilization.
At these prices its one for the longer term, but you can;t say its not cheap.
