think it was all of our stupid purchase!! unfortunately from what I can see and IMO things were taken for granted after Dr Richard Treagus left (and from what i recall he was instrumental in the Eli agreement) and company basking in its "glory" and bonuses based on his legacy but this is my opinion only. Only JV from what I recall left in tatters and there was at that point a common officeholder. don't know why they just left it as "JV being finalised" without providing any further information or details regarding costs to ACR, who got what etc but from what I can see one of the pipeline products appears to be similar to what they were doing with the JV - but hard to determine given lack of info/transparency whatever you want to call it that has been provided to us SH's about that.

Anyhow its going to be a while before anything to market comes along from what I see and the products they are working on are probably already on market and have their market share so will be interesting. other issue is alan gray left for a reason (could be any of lack of dividends/lack of progress in pipeline etc) and I was of the opinion if he can't see any future here and thus hold on then what chance have we got?.

also one of the patents we have expire this year - but nothing come through from management as to whether its a crucial patent or not or whether it can be further protected so maybe they thought we had forgotten about its expiry - who knows???
