Seems to be a relatively large holder slowly selling down, it's incredibly frustrating to watch as every time the sellside thins, a seller drops another 200k or so on the offer. Wish we saw an end to it. However, I remain patient on this, the off shore support is significant and savvy and yet the stock barely demonstrates any domestic interest. I'll just continue to hold and know I'm in the company of springtree, the US Army and now Cato who reckon NEU offers "great promise for addressing major unmet medical needs with significant public health consequences".
At least we have these things to hang onto while the rollercoaster ride is in full swing.
