    Hey spy,

    mate we don't need a rig, the oil is bubbling to the surface, what we need is a vacuum cleaner, just suck it up as fast as it is coming up.... one of those big industrial strength ones, suck the paint clean off a wall!!!

    cheaper too!!! ;)
