"Set up for cr?" Strangely all placements that were put to us were all done with a rising SP or after the SP held at around the company's highs (KAI $0.11). Trying to sell an CR with a falling SP never actually worked, certainly not with us. The first thing investors look at is the SP history, so when they are offered stock at around the current SP, and they see that the SP is going up, or holding, they take solace that they will at least not suffer a loss and potentially make a profit. A falling SP on the other hand does not give any comfort if stock is offered around the current lower, and falling, SP, will they will be able to sell at the offer price or have to take a loss? The latter, as you can see, is not a good marketing strategy. Of course with a low SP the investor does get more stock, and the greater the dilution to the existing Shareholders. If they are looking at a CR as all is predicting, and looking more necessary, they would try above these levels with a history of a rising, and stable, SP. Perhaps, it will be well worth watching the SP over the next few weeks. Fee options were just the icing on the cake it is the SP that investors look at.
