Based on GDY’s cost of Geothermal power of $45 per MWh a 400MW power station operating 8760 hours a year with a $70 tariff equates to roughly $87.6 million a year profit.

Not bad for a company with a market cap of only $22 million. Of course GRK does not have the money to get there by itself, but with Climate change THE election issue, a JV is becoming more and more likely.
