Reconstructed around 2 years ago.Australias richest man takesover as chairman.He then hand picks his board of so called champions in their field,the best of the best.They then raise $50 million when funding is almost impossible but for the links of the chairman.They now have a jorc and are proving up more and their share price is at a level where the previous board had it and they had nothing to show for it.Um can someone please explain?
