Disappointing the lack of response you get on this tread. Possibly because you are pointing at some Theory's that nobody wants to know and pretend to not exist.
Yeah stats from the last two announcement is that they get the downloads, but not the revenue. So incur the cost and not get any reward.
You can not keep running your business like that, so minimizing cost, get rid of the freeloaders and see if the die-hard down loaders are buying the service. It think it is all trial and error here.
I mentioned in a previous post that most freeloaders are not going to go through all the trouble to get two free minutes.
At the same time hardcore down loaders will not have much reference so see how good the service is when it is only two minutes. Therefore trial & error. See where the balance is.
I do not think they have issues with their networks at the moment. It looks quite stable, and no more daily updates on the app.
I think they are now targeting the African Countries on Android. Hence good increase in reviews on google play. At the same time, these countries will have a low uptake, as money is an issue. You can not spend $20 to call someone 60 min when your monthly income is $300. Perhaps two minutes will deter some freeloaders here.
I think at the moment, Norwood is minimizing costs, limit the marketing and advertising, hence there is a drop now in IOS downloads, and restart when World Credit is ready, enhance the app and then start a proper marketing campaign. I think this makes sense?
