The second year the company tax rate would be reduced by enough to offset the difference. Every other company would have their company tax rate reduced to 28.5% while the largest, wealthiest, RICHEST companies would be paying company tax rate of 30%, therefore subsidising the scheme.

The RICHEST of the RICH would subsidise paid maternity for the poorest Aussies, whereas the POOREST of the poor Aussies will be subsidising the RICHEST with the NBN.
