We need a change to the capital raising rules.

For example, shares remain in a trading halt until the institutional placement is complete.

Why not keep the trading halt until the RETAIL placement is complete.

In the case of BLY it would have remained in a trading halt until tomorrow with the closing sp of 44c

Shareholders would have been very happy to buy at 27c in the raising and take their chances when trading resumed.

I think the current system is not fair and with all the capital raising that have been done lately. It seems like robbery.
