It doesn't really matter why the price is being driven down all that matters IMO is that it is! I would rather sit back and watch and buy when this nonsense is over...even at a higher price...than get caught up in this stuff...

There's no way of knowing how low they will push this stock
and once you're in you can really only sell by meeting the bid because there are huge sell orders on the ask....


I am not a long term investor so buy and hold for a few months waiting for a stock to go up is not really an option for me...

I wouldn't like to be holding a lot of stock on wednesday after the offer closes....it may go up and I hope for all holders it does but there won't be any reason for the underwriters to support the price....

I still have few.....

Seems the last people that a Capital raising benefits are the retail investors and I sure am glad I wasn't holding any ELD...
