It aint matter if penumbra, 2, 3 or 4 number of mines are producing. As long as there is excess dollars its going to get chipped away into some kind of fees that...fees this...

It seems to me no matter how much coal sold, CCC will not get any better. revenue was $15 million in 2010 with profit after tax of negative $27 million (loss). In 2011 revenue is $51 million with profit after tax of negative $41.7 million. Whereas in 2012 revenue up to $82 million and profit after tax is negative $1.6 million. In 2013 they forecast a profit after tax of Negative $6 million despite revenue of $79 million.

Its in my damn bloody opinion....that they are there to dig out my money not coal !!
