First of all, I think you are getting the new management confused with the old.
It was Boon et al who travelled on private jets and exploited their position. This is exactly why the new management had to take over in the first place.
Second, your point about the CEO's private residence is irrelevant. How is it the company's responsibility to monitor how their employees spend their own, well-earnt money?
You say the Board are on a "gravy train". You must be kidding. There are only 3 members of the Board now sharing an even greater workload. I don't know about your stamina, but by my standards it takes a lot of energy to turn this company around - and I am grateful they possess it.
