One thought occurs to me about your post.

If PPX management is on the gravy train as you say, why are they engaging with PXUPA holders at all ?

Unless I'm missing something, the only way to effect change in PPX is through a shareholder vote of PPX shareholders.

Adding 40-50% more disgruntled PXUPA shareholders to the PPX share register isn't an obvious way to avoid scrutiny !!
