Had a look - The stock is getting very high. The cash flow is still one way but much improved.
Didnt like the fact that they seemed to have moved some of the stock (Topsoil) into intangible assets for re mediation. Looks like fudge to me.
Will look more deeply but I think 38 is fair value.
Only a small position to be on register.
