The existing financial mess Australia is in a lot caused by eg: Drop in metal prices, increase in unemployment, Child care costs increasing, poor policies both parties i/e pink bats, excessive allowances for members of Parliament costs of dinners (not capped) free plane travel should be stopped now for everybody, to many governing bodies running the country & suburbs which adds up to a huge cost for us all and to many taxes
What do we have Fed Government, State Government, and Council (renowned for upping the rates every year)
We don't need all these bodies taxing, costing staff, more perks, more poor decisions, and we the tax payer have to fork out all the time and boy are we up there as one of the highest taxed Countries in the world it's a disgrace
Did the Airlines, councils, and other bodies who put on a carbon tax take it off when dropped "NO" and we continue to pay when the tax has been dropped
We don't need a Government to come in and go the heavy and hit pensioners, nursing home costs, houses to be included as a asset and a decrease in pension, increase working age to seventy, cut backs on foreign aid, etc
What we do need is leadership, consultation and a forum of people to come up with a agenda, and sit down and be transparent and come up with solutions for the Future of Australia and our generation
We Aussies are fair minded but we don't need to be left out and have poor policies introduced and the shambles we currently have
