Whilst its offtopic, Im glad you raised the MNS JORC issue. What I found most perculiar about the MNs JORC is that the company used a series of announcements leading up to now to in fact inform the market of the exact timing of the JORC...this week.

To me that signals " we are so desperate for a price rally amidst the tanking graphite sector trend that we will allow investors and traders the privaledge of knowing precisely when the good news announcement is to maximise a rise preceeding it and stop the current low volume sell off" .

So of course this week the price went up, in anticipation of the JORC announcement next week. And then it will rally a day or 2 , traders will take profits, and it will be dumped again just like all stocks in this sector have been after similair announcements.
