Here with FML, it is all (millions) of shareholders' Company and we do not know to what extent it is the BOD's Company...i.e. How much skin in the game so to speak and just how much they will be motivated to do as you did, or will they do a 'dummy spit'...??

I find it very hard to have a clear head on this proposed transaction despite detailed reports on this. With the change of leadership in China and with advocates calling for the new regime to cut back privileges for State-owned firms, I truly wonder if the path forward with Shandong is as clear cut as the BOD would have us believe.
