1) personal income
2) need for power
3) job security
4) corporate power
5) mngmt willing to work
6) cheap employees
7) happy employees
8) cash rich investors
9) taxes
10) internal investors
11) retail investors


The motivation for a member of the board to care about retail investors is near zero i.m.O.

Do not expect that decision making with this importance will be done with retail investors in mind. We are distracting elements here.

The only thing a Member of the Board will care about us:

'how do i to make the "Vote YES" palatable to them'
