yes i agree bazza d2. would like some (well lots of) information from the board in answer to the questions you posed above. what position are we really in if this proposal is rejected, is there other information that we have not been told about in order to have a good idea about how to vote.

can we carry on without the takeover by shandong at the cheap price?

do they have a well thought out plan B ready to go if this doesn't get up or are they going to wait till after the vote to think about that?

how long could we survive in the present format or can we survive at all with the current way of doing things - what does the BOD actually think about things?

i still have no idea if we can survive without this takeover being successful and obviously this is of key importance in a vote - has a plan B been thought out ready to implement - if it has what does it involve?

do they have any idea what will happen if the remuneration report gets a second strike as i guess even if the shandong takeover is approved in resolution 1 it may be greatly affected if the board is forced to stand down for 3 months.
