Further musings . . . the target is using the speed time range from the previous monthly MA cross to the high of $10.75 odd.
Interesting that the target of $14.75 odd comes around the same time as global U shortage is expected. Not surprising is it's alignment with the 161.8% extension.
Will it happen - that's the million dollar question isn't it :) Mind you everyone told me that it would never make $3, $5, $7, $9 . . . well you get the idea.
