I think until the assay results are in it's too early to call either good news or bad news.

Personally I expect they'll find something positive somewhere in 500kgs of material. Heck, if they find a cumulative 4oz of gold, I'll be over the moon, but even short of that I think there'll be enough there for them to form a coherent strategy on how to extract the value.

But it's also possible they'll find nothing commercially viable in the lot, and they'll have to go back and dig around some more.

Either way, in a couple more days we'll know for sure.

Personally I'm preparing to respond quickly to any upward move if it eventuates, because if they do announce something good there may not be a whole lot of time to pick up additional stock at a reasonable price. I'd suspect at most a day between a good announcement and all the big boys catching wind of it (if they aren't already watching closely themselves).
