The young lady was seen, in her second attempt to retrieve the microphone, getting instruction from someone located behind the journalist. When she was at last successful, the mike was handed to another journalist evidently next in line to ask a question.
She was performing her job. Claiming this to be an assault is utterly absurd and it's as well you modified that claim with "as far as you know" for it's clear you are not qualified in any way at all to declare this behaviour conforms with the legal meaning of "assault". She had a job to undertake and was doing so as efficiently as she could, under difficult circumstances. These circumstances were not of her making.
