It's really quiet in here, we can all benefit from having a bit more discussion going IMO.
I personally love the idea behind Duxton Water and it certainly has fantastic potential and this could be a good chance for us to share our opinions on how this story might play out. Bulls and bears very welcome.
As a commodity water is obviously needed, which assists in making this a very defensive play. The recent election results should also play into our advantage IMO.
After some research it's clear there is good growth potential in terms of potentially picking up a lot more entitlements in the murray darling region (and perhaps elsewhere in australia) but there is also potential legislative risk. I can see that risk as being quite low right now but it's worth a mention considering the whole discussion regarding the river system going on right now.
Another topic we could discuss is the cash position and how we're looking in terms of making sure all costs are met and the portfolio can continue it's stellar growth.
It would be fantastic if we can have a discussion going regarding potential risks and also potential upsides, it's just so damn quiet in here!
