From my understanding the drought is good for us as farmers dams are dried up so they need to purchase water entitlements from D20 to survive.They then lock them into long term contracts to supply their water needs.So from my understanding the worse the drought the better for us.
The only risk I can see is if we have a really wet year ,the need for the entitlements would be less.
