I don't think there will be a problem getting the shares out there. I just think the delay in the IPO has been strangely fortunate, the sentiment now is on overdrive - and should provide a nice boost to the EPM stock price. It's practically asymmetric. Whilst the uranium assets are still held in the EPM, it's EPM responsibility to ensure there is exploration expenditure on the tenements.
So when the IPO does come up I am expecting all EPM holders to get a taste of the action, and get greedy and bid for more.
Note EPM AGM is usually late November; which incidentally fits well to sort out matters.
