1. without Alan shortall at the helm this company wouldn't be where it is today. Sure some decisions could have saved us time, but sheer determination and drive to deliver for HIS shareholders are there to see.

2. Look at the caliber of staff he has on board
3. Look at the diverse portfolio of sharps we have
4. Look at the factory we have, 6 sigma
5. Look at the pharmas we are talking with

the list just keeps going on

Alan could have packed up in australia and said oh well gave it a go, like the likes of some other hopefuls which older share holders will remember. Ritract and EMS. Both out of the syringe business now.

Give the man the credit that he deserves and if you don't like the way he runs the company you could always SELL and move your money somewhere better. I'll keep my money right here thanks because I KNOW this CEO will deliver and won't give up on his shareholders. Oh he does have a BIG stake to protect also unlike a lot of other CEO'S. He has put his money where his mouth is.
