Why the potential Philips handheld device is so exciting - Philips Magnotech is what the device is called for those who dont know.
The device uses disposable cartridges and my research tells me that we could be used in the device itself and also other major IVD companies could use this device with their own tests that are used in the device.
This would potentially expose us to the majority of major IVD companies and if this device becomes the gold standard in POC testing lookout.
My feeling is that mixngo is needed to make this a successful product - much time is wasted and lost sales as a result of product recalls due to insufficient products, problems with stability, shelflife etc
So not only could this device see a contract with Philips but also partnerships with many of the major IVD companies
