I like your multiple based analysis but think you should also consider potential yield as a price driver. At $6 I understand yield is close to 4% FF. Compare that with other options (eg. TCL is around 2.5% almost zero franking).
I see fair current value closer to $7, noting also that there might well be some M&A premium attributable (trade/PE takeover interest). TWE was bid pretty soon after demerger…
