to get this one flying we need....
1. US to pass the rescue package and provide some surety for toe financial markets.
2. give leopard the flick and get someone who will get the ball rolling on the U.
3. cashed up oiler like cnooc or shell to bankroll the oil JV.
Indo is a long termer that may pay off if they are in right location, although they do have very high tax regime.
