At the agm they mentioned that they were not sure what they did ( meaning bugger all ) and were gald to see the back of them ... They have another local co working on those as we speak...

Surely, if this was the case, there would have to have been an anouncement issued. From memory MHL and Leopard merged their U interests and Leopard reinbursed MHL around $200,000 as part of the deal.

If they have now gone seperate ways, how was this untangled and what assets were MHL left with?
