It was my understanding PC was referring to a loan supported by Jinan with China Merchant Bank. Was a loan submitted and declined. Have Jinan kept there end of the deal in supporting Finance as part of them taking there stake in TON. There seems to be a lot of shares changing hands yet no change to top20 announced are we in fact be positioned for a cheap takeover attempt .Is the Jinan tactic to take control of the TON Board recent announcements indicative of a Board not in control.
