    the "cappers" did this about 3 weeks ago - I suspect it has to be linked to opes Prime debacle.....like 3 weeks ago - if SP is weak it forces ANZ not to sell....until some form of interim solution is found for Solamind to get their shares back....(whatever that might be)...suspect the SP might go lower further.....
