... stezz, the expression of concerns may be based on the fact that the approx. doubling of on-issue stock (which hasn't happened yet) - and the effect on SP once this dilution occurs (which hasn't happened yet) - and that there is a probability that the uptake won't have Euroz 'forced in contract' (as the underwriter) to take-up the slack. On the latter point, sure OEL will get their funds from Euroz, but then Euroz will dump the stock as they are not an investor with an interest to hold ... net effect, OEL mgmt get their pay secured for the year, and a few other costs covered - but what happens to shareholders' wealth (supposedly the maximization of which is the goal of the mgmt).
Does not = success necessarily for the shareholders; and does not = negative/downramping/unethical conduct IMO.
