Talking with a couple of other Fura interests and an interesting one came up. It was mentioned that according to the timelines BO negotiated the deal between Fura and Richland Resources for the Capricorn sapphire deposit and machinery while he was still with NXE. He was (is?) still a director of Richland, The agreed price was cheap and the subsequently renegotiated deal with the break amounts converted were cheaper again.
As of the end of August, the deal had not yet gone through approvals per the timeline, so the industry was in limbo. Possibly another one to hear about in HK, whats happening with these timelines.

Fair call to CJ though. The last extension notice to the drop dead date was open about the tax clearance being the hurdle. Tell it as it is and all is good.
